ART NOVO is a UAE-licensed general contracting company founded in Abu Dhabi in 2014. We specialise in high-end residential construction and complete interior fit-out works, delivering projects for private villa owners, property developers, and commercial clients across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.Our trade licence is issued by the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (DED) and we are a registered member of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce. Over 11 years, we have completed more than 50 projects ranging from luxury villa construction in Al Reef and Saadiyat Island to commercial fit-outs in Dubai. Our current project pipeline includes villa builds with budgets between AED 500,000 and AED 6,000,000.What separates ART NOVO from other Abu Dhabi contractors is our commitment to keeping the same supervised teams — not rotating subcontractors — on every project. Our site supervisors average over 10 years of Abu Dhabi construction experience and understand municipality inspection requirements, authority approval timelines, and the material performance demands of the UAE climate.
